THEFT – SHERMAN OAKS, CA

On 5/25/21, at approximately 11:15 a.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and began asking for a heavy durable chain that his son would not break.  After being shown one chain, he asked to see another so he could compare the weights.  Once the team member received the first chain back, they handed the subject the second chain and the subject said, “Yeah, this one is heavier, bet I’m just gonna take this one” and he calmly exits the store.  The subject was described as Black, 5’8″, with lighter brown skin, a medium build and light brown or hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and red basketball shorts. He has tattoos on his face, arms, and neck.
