TRANSIENT SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY – VENTURA, CA

On 4/18/20, police in Ventura, CA arrested 42-year-old Raymond Paul Vallery after he was believed to have burglarized a department store. Responding officers found that the lock on the store’s front door was damaged. The burglar also smashed open a display containing jewelry. Officers searched the building and it was evident that the subject had already left. Police then located a transient individual in the surrounding area identified as Raymond Paul Vallery. Vallery was found to be in possession of merchandise from the department store. He also committed another commercial burglary last month. Vallery was taken into custody.
