He was last seen wearing dark colored, wire-framed glasses. He was described as missing the top of his right thumb. According to Mike Justice, the chief of police in Lebanon, TN, the suspect’s real name is Richard Laracuente. He has been using the following aliases of Rick Winn, Richard Dean Steven, Richard Allen Stevens, Vincent Mitchell, Richard Stevens, Richard Dean Stevens and Rick Stevens.
This subject has an extensive criminal history and travels extensively. He was last seen driving a gray Z71 pickup truck with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the back.
