Wanted for Pepper Spraying Employees

On the date listed above, at approximately 6:49 p.m., the featured subject pepper-sprayed two employees then proceeded to commit a smash & grab robbery targeting jewelry.

The subject was described as a light-skinned Black male. He is approximately 20-years-old and weighs 140 pounds.
