On the date listed above, at approximately 4:00 p.m. the featured subject surreptitiously concealed four diamond rings while a sales associate wasn’t looking.

The subject is described as a 5’8″ Black male. He was last seen wearing a yellow and gray Patagonia jacket, a white hat and yellow shoes.
