Lake Havasu, AZ- On June 3, 2026, the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit identified and arrested multiple individuals connected to two separate jewelry store burglaries within Lake Havasu City.

Between the evening of February 15, 2026, and the early morning hours of February 16, 2026, a burglary occurred in the 100 block of Lake Havasu Avenue South. Suspects forcibly opened an exterior door, entered the store, and rummaged through jewelry display cases, ultimately stealing approximately $742,000 in merchandise based on retail value.

On May 6, 2026, at approximately 10:45 a.m., officers responded to a reported burglary in the 5600 block of Highway 95 that had occurred after the business had closed the previous day. In that incident, unknown suspect(s) gained access to the business through an adjacent suite and removed a substantial quantity of jewelry before fleeing the scene.

The Criminal Investigations Unit assumed responsibility for both investigations. During the course of their work, detectives identified a potential suspect and continued to develop additional information and leads. On June 3, 2026, an officer investigating an unrelated shoplifting incident made contact with a male subject believed to be involved in the initial burglary. Interviews conducted by detectives led to the identification of a second suspect in the initial burglary as well as the primary suspect in the second burglary.

Later that same morning, during an unrelated traffic stop, a male passenger attempted to flee and became involved in a physical altercation with officers. Once taken into custody, investigators determined he was the additional outstanding suspect connected to the burglary investigations.

Throughout the day, detectives conducted multiple interviews and executed several search warrants. In the course of those searches, in addition to recovering stolen property associated with the burglaries, law enforcement recovered approximately 2.41 pounds of methamphetamine, 42.8 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 19 packages of 2500 mg psilocybin mushroom gummy candy, 376.9 grams of marijuana, 1.7 grams of ketamine, 0.4 grams of clonazepam pills, 1.1 grams of phenethylamine, and 11.1 grams of cocaine.
