Video: $150,000 in stolen jewelry recovered after traffic stop

Fairland, OK – On January 4, 2018, at approximately 4:00 a.m., police initiated a traffic stop of a speeding vehicle. While the vehicle did briefly stop, the driver quickly drove off.

The driver eventually crashed the vehicle at the Missouri and Oklahoma state line and then fled on foot.

After searching the vehicle investigators discovered $150,000 worth of jewelry that may have been stolen from two businesses in Dallas.
