Four Accused of Smash & Grab

Memphis, TN – On April 9, 2018, shortly before noon, three masked men entered a store that sells jewelry.

The masked men were armed with sledge hammers. They proceeded to smash six display cases and then grabbed $20,000 worth of jewelry. They escaped in a 2006  Chevrolet HHR.

Officers nearby chased after the subjects and managed to arrest two of them. The men were identified as Allante Mack and Melvin Rimmer. The other two subjects remain at large.
