Masked subjects wanted for smash and grab

Brea, CA – On September 15, 2022, at approximately 11:30 a.m., four masked subjects entered a jewelry store armed with hammers.

The subjects wore hoodies and smashed the display cases. They then proceeded to steal jewelry and fled from the mall. The robbery is the second smash and grab at a jewelry store in Brea Mall since April 2022.

The most recent robbery occurred several days after another smash and grab at a jewelry store in Hesperia, CA on September 12, 2022.

The robbery in Hesperia, CA was the sixth jewelry store robbery in a market chain in recent months. Watch the news clip below for more information and visuals for the robberies in Hesperia and Brea.
