Video: Attempted Robbers Escaped After High Speed Pursuit

Strongsville, OH – On January 16, 2018 at approximately 7:30 p.m., four subjects had attempted to commit  a robbery at a jewelry store.

After their failed attempt, the subjects ran back into a white Chevy car that was parked near the side of the store. They returned to the car with hammers in their hands and yelled “go, go, go.”

During the police chase, the subjects car went up an embankment. The vehicle then made its way back onto the highway.

The subjects were driving at 100 miles an hour.  The police pursued the suspects through a construction zone, but after the subjects surpassed speeds of 80 miles an hour, the police stopped the pursuit. The is the second robbery attempt in Strongsville, OH within the past month.
