GRAB AND RUN – MIDDLETOWN, NY

On 9/8/17, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a male and female suspect approached a kiosk. The female asked to look at a ring identical to the one the male was wearing. After she was presented with the ring, the female grabbed it and fled in the mall. When the sales associate called out for the woman to stop, the male said “who my sister” then fled in the same direction. Both suspects are black. The male suspect 27-years-old and slender. He is 6 feet tall and has a light complexion with a beard. He was last seen wearing a white hat and a black hoodie. The female suspect is in her early 30’s. She is 5’7” tall and weighs 170 pounds. She has a dark complexion with long red and black dreadlocks. She last wore a camouflage jacket and jeans.
