$22 Million Hong Kong Gold Robbery

Hong Kong – November 22, 2016

A gang of thieves committed a 20-second daytime robbery in which they stole 81 gold bars. The subjects struck when a delivery man was unloading bags of gold bars from a van.

Three subjects wearing hoodies and holding knives, sprayed the worker with a liquid substance and then grabbed bags containing gold bars.

The suspects entered a white Toyota Previa and fled from the scene. Investigators described the incident as coordinated and organized.
