Machesney Crossing, IL-On August 28, 2026, a suspect entered the location requesting to see chains for his son. After he looked at a gold chain he asked to see the matching bracelet. He then asked to see a ring and then another ring. The pieces were all on the display pad and the man grabbed them all in one hand and exited the store. No injuries were reported. Authorities were contacted and initiated their investigation which is on-going.
Suspect(s) Description: Male Black; 6’0- 6’2; 225lbs; Approximate age 50 to 55; White beard and mustache; Medium to Larger build; Attire: ; Tan Hat; Off-White button-down shirt; Tan Pants; Blue Boat Shoes
