Newburgh, NY – Grab and Run

Newburgh, NY. On June 16, 2026, a jewelry store reported that a grab-and-run theft had occurred just before closing. A lone male entered the store around 6:45 pm, interested in a gold chain. The suspect had been in the store on 06/14 without making a purchase. As soon as the employee removed the chain from the showcase and took it into his possession, he fled the store. The Town of Newburgh PD was contacted and responded to gather evidence and take a report. There were no injuries.

Suspect(s) Description: Black male, late 20’s-early 30’s, 5-10”, medium build, green t-shirt, blue shorts and red sneakers. Full beard and black framed glasses.

Ontario, California – Grab and Run.

Ontario, California. – On May 30, 2026, a jewelry store experienced a grab-and-run theft incident. Upon entering the store, both suspects inquired about yellow gold Cuban link chains. Shortly after providing information to create a profile and being given a chain to view, Suspect #1 ran off with the chain while Suspect #2 followed. Information received indicates that these are the same two suspects involved in a grab-and-run theft on 5/1/26 in Bakersfield, CA. In that incident, Suspect #1 also ran out with a chain. Mall Security and the Ontario Police Department were notified, whereupon an investigation was initiated. No reported injuries.

Suspect(s) Description:

Suspect #1 – White male, approx. mid 20’s, approx.. 5’8”, med. build/approx. 200lbs. Wearing pink/peach crew neck, black pants.

Suspect #2 – Black male, approx. mid 20’s, thin build, long dreadlocks. Wearing hot pink zip up

Henderson, NV- Grab and Run.

Henderson, NV– On May 31, 2026, it was reported that a grab and run incident occurred at the Galleria At Sunset . A male suspect approached the store where he was greeted by an employee. The male proceeded to the gold showcase and began to look at gold necklaces and bracelets. The male selected a gold bracelet, where the employee removed the item from the showcase, handed the bracelet to the male and he tried on the bracelet and several other bracelets. The male, while wearing a bracelet, had selected and asked to look at several gold necklaces. The male selected a necklace, and the employee placed it on the counter pad. The male quickly grabbed the necklace from the counter pad and exited the store and mall. Mall security and the Henderson Police Department were notified and responded. No injuries were reported.

Suspect(s) Description: Male, 40-45 yrs. old, dark brown/grey hair, beard, 5’9, 170lbs, tan shirt, beige vest, dark denim pants, grey shoes, grey and white truck hat, watch on left wrist, wearing sunglasses

Schaumberg, IL – Grab and Run

Schaumberg, IL- On May 08. 2026, The suspect entered the store and wanted to see gold chains. He selected a gold chain from the case and wanted to see it. When the suspect took possession of the chain he fled the store. No vehicle was seen. Schaumburg Police responded to investigate the incident. No injuries were reported.

Suspect(s) Description: Black, Male, 24 Years Old, Thin Build, Long Dreadlocks, Short Beard, Mustache, Red Cap, White Button-Down Shirt, Black Pants, Black Shoes

Leominster, MA- Grab and Run

Leominster, MA- On 05/04/26, at approximately 7:23 PM, a lone male depicted above entered the store. The suspect alleged he was looking for a natural ruby stone as a gift for Mother’s Day. He claimed his wife recently completed her cancer treatments, and this would be a nice gift for her. The employee presented the necklace. While the employee was in possession of the necklace, the suspect continued to walk around the store, viewing other merchandise. The employee placed the necklace on the top of the showcase. While they were talking, the suspect picked up the necklace and maintained possession. After about five minutes, the suspect casually walked past the store entrance and then quickly ran out into the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

Suspect(s) Description: White, Male, 5’10”, heavy build, 34 to 45 yrs, short black hair, wearing a blue polo shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers. Tattoos on his left upper arm.

Bakersfield, CA- Grab and Run

Bakersfield, CA– On May 01, 2026, a jewelry store experienced a grab & run theft incident. Upon entering the store, the Suspect inquired about gold chains as his companion stood by. Once the initial chain the suspect viewed was handed back to the employee, the employee handed a second chain to the suspect. Immediately after taking possession of this second chain, the Suspect and his companion took off running.

Suspect(s) Description:

Suspect #1 – Male white, approx. early-mid 20’s, old, slim-med build. Black t-shirt with colored print on front, dark ripped jeans, hair braided on top pulled back into short ponytail,

Companion – Male black, early-mid 20’s, slim build, long dreadlocks. Wearing grey zipped/hooded sweat-top, blue pants, black slippers.

Pompano Beach, FL- Grab and Run

Pompano Beach, FL- On April 24, 2026, The female suspect entered the store, and a minute later, her suspected male accomplice entered and stood as a look-out at the front door. The female suspect walked around the store for a few minutes and then was assisted by an employee at the diamond bridal showcase. The suspect asked about rings and the employee then placed it on the suspect’s finger. Within ten seconds of having the ring on her finger, the female suspect walked out of the store with her male accomplice leading the way.

Description: Black female, early 30’s, light complexion, 5’7, heavy set, wearing a greenish jacket with flowers all over it, a white shirt, dark pants, gray high-top sneakers, and a white cloth wrap over her head, and carrying a large black bag.

Black male, early 30’s, dark complexion, 5’8, very thin, wearing a black shirt, gray sweatpants with “AERONYC” down one leg, dark sneakers, and a black skull cap.

Henderson, NV- Grab and Run

Henderson, Nevada– On April 20, 2026, it was reported that a grab-and-run incident occurred. A male suspect approached the store, where he was greeted by two employees. The male proceeded to the gold showcase and began to look at gold necklaces and bracelets. The male selected a gold necklace, where the employee removed the item from the showcase, handed the necklace to the male, and tried on several necklaces and a bracelet. The male left the store on his cell phone and later returned, where he asked to look at and try on another gold necklace and bracelet. The male tried on the necklace and bracelet, grabbed another necklace from the counter, and quickly exited the store and the mall.

Suspect(s) Description: Male, 35-40 yrs. old, Hispanic, 5’7, 170lbs, dark brown shaggy hair, brown eyes, black Nike hoodie, brown sweatpants, black shoes, wearing a black hat with silver design on front, wearing eyeglasses

Oxford, MS- Grab and Run – Repeat offender

Oxford, MS– On April 19, 2026, a jewelry store was the victim of a grab and run theft. A lone male entered the store under the pretense of shopping for men’s jewelry. The suspect was interested in various solitaire earrings but, after a short time, he resumed walking around the store. At the gold showcase, the suspect wanted to examine a Cuban necklace to feel the weight. He then wanted to compare a men’s gold bracelet with the necklace. While the gold necklace was on the counter, the suspect grabbed the bracelet from the employee and the gold chain from the counter before fleeing the store. The suspect was in the store around five minutes. It is suspected the suspect has committed multiple grab and run thefts and stores should alert and staff trained on policy and procedures.

Suspect(s) Description: Male, black, dark complexion, 25-30 years old, 5’10”, 160lbs, athletic build, possible chin goatee, NOTE: tattoos on neck and hands. Wearing a light blue ball cap, long sleeve pull over shirt, light faded jeans, white tennis shoes. He was observed wearing a large gold or silver watch and multiple gold necklaces.

Selma, TX- Grab and Run

On April 18, 2026, a suspect entered a jewelry store and selected a gold chain from the case. He asked to try it on. While the employee was getting his information, the suspect fled the store. No vehicle was seen. No injuries were reported.

Suspect(s) Description: Black male, 5’5″, 25 Yeas Old, Thin Build, Dreadlocks, Gray Shirt, Sweatpants, Camo Hat.
