Jeweler murdered in the Philippines

Olongapo, Philippines — On September 12, 2017, a 55-year-old jeweler was shot and killed by two masked men.

The victim, Danilo Jaen, arrived at his home wth his wife, when the suspects forced their way into his house at approximately 6:00 p.m. The couple own a jewelry shop.

One of the suspects punched Jaen, grabbed his bags of jewelry and then shot him before fleeing on a motorcycle.

Jaen was pronounced dead on arrival at the Hospital.
