On the date listed above, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the subject featured below stole three rings from a jewelry store.
A sales associate presented two rings. The subject then asked to see a third. Once he had possession of the third ring he fled from the store.
He is described as a black or Hispanic male. He has facial hair and was last seen wearing a blue and white plaid shirt. He drove a small, gray, four-door car.
