DISTRACTION THEFT – BARBOURSVILLE, WV

On 12/7/22, at 4:30 p.m., one subject was at a jewelry store’s display cases that opens as a sliding shelf onto the sales floor.� As the team member was assisting the subject, the subject put his hand in the case and stole a curb bracelet.� The police were called and a report was filed.� A second subject was with him but walked throughout the store while the theft was being completed.

Subject Descriptions:� Subject #1 who committed the theft – Black male – 30 years old, 210 lbs.� Wore washed-looking grey pants, a grey sweatshirt, and a Dallas Cowboys hat.�

Subject #2 – Black male – 30 years old, 210 lbs.� Wore a dark brown shirt and dark pants.
