On 4/18/19, at approximately 7:45 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and asked to see diamond earrings for his girlfriend. During the sales presentation, the subject took diamond earrings and placed them in his pocket. He then attempted to hand the sales associate a different earring which he had in his other hand.
