On 1/28/23, at 1:32 a.m., a subject arrived at a retail jewelry store in a U-Haul rental truck and parked out in front of the entry doors. The subject broke one of the lower windows in the front of the store to gain entry. He then moved throughout the location prying open several of the showcases and removing merchandise into a black tote. The subject then exited the location with said tote. The subject’s race was undetermined. He wore a black baseball cap, a black mask, a black long-sleeved shirt, black jogging pants with three white stripes down the outer leg, and black shoes.
