Credit Card Fraud Arrest

New York, NY – On June 8, 2017, the suspect featured below inquired about high-end watches. He attempted to open an in-store line of credit. He provided his Driver’s license and his bank card.

The store’s sales associate compared the suspects I.D. to the I.D. Checking Guide. The sales associate noticed that the expiration date on the card was inconsistent with the guide. The expiration date was off by one day.

At that point, the store contacted the New York Police Department (NYPD). Upon the NYPD entering the store, the suspect fled from the store. He was then apprehended.
