GRAB AND RUN – AUBURN, OH

On 5/20/22, at approximately 3:50 p.m., a retail jewelry store was the victim of a grab and run theft.� According to management, a single subject entered the store the night before and looked at several items.� He returned on 5/20/22 and stated that he had a bracelet that he needed to get repaired.� The subject then proceeded to ask about a high-end watch and he was shown a men’s watch. He then stated that he wanted to look at the men’s 3ct diamond link bracelet. Once the bracelet was put onto his wrist, he grabbed the high-end watch and ran from the store with both pieces.

The subject is Black and in his mid 40’s. He is 5’10” and bald. He was last seen wearing a navy blue visor, a white polo shirt, and grey khaki shorts. If you have any information regarding this subject, please contact the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at jsa2@jewelerssecurity.org
