GRAB AND RUN – BIRMINGHAM, AL

On 11/9/18, at approximately 10:45 a.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and stated he wanted to look at engagement rings. He was shown several rings from a display case. Once he gained possession of the first ring, he asked to see another ring to compare it to. The sales associate placed the second ring on the subject’s finger. The subject looked at the ring and stated “yeah, this is what I want” and then fled from the store. The subject was described as a Black male in his early 20’s. He is 5’10” and has a thin build. He has a tattoo of the name “Daneshia” on his finger on his right hand. He also has a tattoo of a spider web on the back of his left hand.
