GRAB AND RUN – COMMERCE, CA

On December 18, 2017 at approximately 7:00 p.m., a two subjects walked around a store for fifteen minutes. When a sales associate asked the men what they were looking for, they said they were shopping for their girlfriend and mother. After examining earrings, a subject identified as George inquired about a diamond tennis bracelet. He said his mother has one and he was interested in knowing the price. After the sales associate took the necklace out to check the price tag, one of the subjects grabbed the necklace and fled from the store. Both subjects are Black males in their early to mid-twenties. They both have slender builds. One subject had dread locks with blonde tips. He said his name was George. The second subject wore aviator style sunglasses with a Letterman jacket.
