GRAB AND RUN – HANOVER, PA

On 2/26/20, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a subject approached a sales associate and asked to see a gold chain with a charm on it. When the sales associate turned to get a mirror for the subject, the subject fled from the store. The subject was described as a Hispanic male of average height.
