GRAB AND RUN – HAYWARD, CA

On 8/2/16, at approximately 2:15 p.m., a suspect requested to see solitaires. After one was presented, he grabbed it and ran from the store. The suspect was described as a 30-year-old African American male. He is 5’10” and weighs 200 pounds. He has tattoos on his forearms and has a stubble beard. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, green levi shirt and baggie pants.
