GRAB AND RUN – KOKOMO, IN

On 8/15/17, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a suspect stated he was going to a concert over the weekend and wanted to see chains. The suspect was presented with several chains. He was shown a $300 charm and stated that it was too expensive. He wanted to see a cheaper one. While the suspect was shown a less expensive chain he immediately fled from the store with a chain and charm. He was described as a Black male in his mid 20’s. He is 6’0 tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and shorts. He has multiple tattoos on both arms. He also has tattoos up the side of his neck.
