GRAB AND RUN – LITHONIA, GA

On 7/27/16, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a female subject asked to see a gold bracelet. The female looked at several bracelets. She then said she had to meet a friend and she would be back. At approximately 4:50 p.m., the same female returned to the store. She called someone via face-time and asked to see a bracelet. The subject showed her friend the bracelet via face-time and the friend said they did not like it. The subject then asked to see the larger bracelet. After removing the bracelet from the showcase, the female grabbed the item and ran out of the store. The female subject left her flip flops in the store and ran out barefoot. The subject was described as an African American Female. She is 5’2” and approximately 20-years-old. She has a thin build and tattoos on both arms. She has braids with green weave in her hair. She was last seen wearing a tank top and pink pants. She appeared to have a tongue ring or lip ring.
