GRAB AND RUN – PHOENIX, AZ

On 4/11/18, at approximately 8:25 p.m., a female subject asked to see diamond solitaires. After she was presented with a ring, she grabbed it and fled from the store. She was described as a 20-year-old Black female. She is 5’10” tall. She was last seen wearing a green jacket and blue jeans.
