On 8/19/19, at approximately 11:55 a.m., a subject entered a retail jewelry store and asked to see various bridal pieces. The subject stated he only had around $5,000 to spend. When the subject was asked about a credit account. He began the process of applying with his identification card. When it was time for the subject to enter his social security number, he grabbed and engagement ring and a wedding band and then fled from the store.

The subject is a Hispanic male in his early to mid-twenties. He is approximately 6 feet tall and has a light complexion. He has a distinctive tattoo under his eye that appears to be of bars.
