On 1/18/18, at approximately 8:50 p.m., a female subject entered a jewelry store and inquired about solitaire rings. She said she planned on proposing to her girlfriend soon. After the sales associate presented several rings, the female said she needed to find her Uncle who was distracting her girlfriend. The subject returned to the store about ten minutes later and asked to see a 3 ct. round solitaire ring. Once the subject had the ring in her possession, she fled from the store. The subject was described as a 23-year-old Black female. She is 5’2” and weighs 120 pounds. She has shoulder length hair and a diamond nose piercing.
