Grab and run thief wanted for at least 11 thefts; JSA Offers reward

August 20, 2022 - Longview, TX

On the date, and in the city listed above, the featured subject committed a grab and run theft at a jewelry store and he stole a 3-carat ring. This subject has committed 9 other thefts. In the state of Texas, he has targeted jewelers in Austin, Cedar Park, San Antonio, Bee Cave, College Station, and Dallas. He has also committed a theft in Bossier City, LA.

In his most recent theft in Longview, TX, the subject said he was looking for a 3, 4, or 5-carat ring. He said he won a $500,000 settlement over 5 years and was looking to spend about $250,000 to buy an engagement ring. The subject asked to look at a 3-carat ring. When he took possession of the ring he fled the store.

This subject is known to target bridal pieces and he is also known to wear military hats while claiming, “he just got out of the military.” He works with a larger Black male subject who is well-dressed, and has been seen wearing blazers. The subject below also works with 3 to 4 Black females who will case jewelry stores.
