GRAB AND RUN – WHEATON, MD

On 8/6/16, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a subject completed a credit application and selected a bracelet to purchase. The subject’s credit was declined. She then tried to use a pre-paid bank card. As the sales associate was processing the sale, the bracelet was placed on the subject’s wrist. After the second card was declined, the subject insisted that she gave the bracelet back. She then left the store. The subject was described as a black female in her late 20’s. She is 5’8” and weighs 215 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black and striped shirt, black pants and white shoes. She also has long braids.
