GRAB & RUN – CAPITOLA, CA

On 9/11/21, at approximately 2:00 p.m., a newly hired sales associate showed three display boxes of lady’s rings to a male subject at the same time.� When the associate turned her back on the subject, he ran from the jewelry store, then went into a nearby department store and subsequently escaped. The subject is approximately 19-years-old. He is either White or Hispanic. He has brown hair in a buzz cut.
