Guard Shot in Robbery

Trinidad and Tobago – Â On July 24, 2017, three men came into a jewelry store, jumped over the display cases and took trays of rings and chains.

As the suspects fled from the store with jewelry, an unarmed security guard attempted to stop them. The suspects proceeded to open fire and struck the guard in his leg.

The guard suffered shock from the heavy blood loss and was taken to the hospital.

The suspects managed to escape.
