GUNPOINT ROBBERY – CLEVELAND, OH

On 11/10/18, at approximately 10:16 a.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and asked to see watches. The subject then exited the store and returned five minutes later carrying a plastic bag. He approached the sales associates and told them he wanted to purchase the watch he previously viewed. As the sales associate reached for her case keys, the subject jumped over the counter and pulled an automatic handgun. He then demanded the sales associates to go to the back room and lay on the floor. The subject then attempted to smash display cases with the butt of his gun but failed to breach the case. He then went into the back room and retrieved a set of keys from the safe. He proceeded to open the watch display case and the gold display case. He removed merchandise and then fled from the store. The subject was described as a 6’1” Hispanic male. He weighs 185 lbs and had bleached blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark blue jeans.
