On 11/30/17, at approximately 8:25 p.m., a jeweler returned to his home after visiting several jewelry stores in New York City. As he walked up to his front door, he had possession of a rolling suitcase containing $380,000 worth of jewelry. Two male subjects pulled the suitcase away from the jeweler. They then entered a minivan and fled from the area.
