Lawrenceville, New Jersey– On 2/14/2026, at approximately 10:25 am, a lone male suspect entered a jewelry store. The suspect stated he was looking for 10K gold chains. While the employee was assisting another guest, the suspect tried to open several showcases by pulling on the showcase door handles. After completing the sale, the employee approached the suspect. The suspect requested to look at the 10K hollow rope chain. The employee removed the chain from the showcase and placed it on a presentation pad, then the employee moved away to retrieve a mirror. At that time, the suspect picked up the chain and ran from the store. No injuries were reported. Mall Security and the Lawrence Township Police Department were notified.

Suspect(s) Description: Male, Hispanic, 5’7”, mid 20’s, thin build, orange hair, black & white cap, blue sweatshirt, black pants, and black sneakers.
