Memphis, TN – Between January 2017 and February 2018 a FedEx package handler stole more than $39,000 worth of jewelry from packages on over 24 occasions.
After being confronted with video surveillance footage and witness statements, 28-year-old Nkosi Lacy admitted to the thefts. He was subsequently arrested.
