On 10/31/23, at approximately 7:49 a.m., two males returned to a jewelry store after a previous visit. The associate recalled their prior visit, and switched with another associate to assist the subjects. The associate allowed each subject to try on a chain, one at a time, and secured the case after removing each chain. One of the subjects asked to see a different chain. The associate went to return the chain to the case, and both subjects forced their way into the case and grabbed several chains. The subjects then fled from the store. Police and mall security were immediately notified. No associate or customer injuries
were reported.
