Shots Fired in Gunpoint Robbery

San Diego, CA – On January 10, 2017, at approximately 4:15 p.m., three masked suspects committed a gunpoint robbery.

One of the suspects approached the jeweler and brandished� a firearm. The other two suspects revealed hammers and began smashing jewelry display cases.

Two of the suspects stole gold necklaces and watches. They then fled from the scene.

A customer that witnessed the robbery, chased after the suspects. The suspects then shot at the victim. The victim ended the pursuit.

The suspects getaway vehicle was described as a light colored four door sedan; possibly a Kia.
