SMASH AND GRAB – CONCORD, CA

On 3/31/23, at approximately 7:06 p.m., police received a call stating that three masked subjects entered a jewelry store and used hammers to smash display cases. The subjects stole jewelry and then fled in an awaiting vehicle. They were described as three Black males in dark clothing.
