On 8/7/20, at approximately 4:25 p.m., a single male subject entered a jewelry store at 4:09 p.m. He was assisted at the diamond earring display case. As an employee was opening the side of the display unit, it was observed that the subject reached inside the display case and removed the entire component which contained the earrings. He immediately placed the merchandise and component inside his left pants pocket.
