On 11/20/19, at approximately 5:50 p.m., a subject was observed manipulating the glass of a display case in a jewelry store. When the sales associate approached him, the subject moved away from the showcase and inquired about applying for credit with a paper driver’s license. The sales associate informed the subject he could not. The subject then left the store. Shortly thereafter, the sales associate noticed there was an empty element, meaning a ring was missing from the case. The subject was described as a White male in his early 20’s. He is 5’5” and was last seen wearing a baseball cap, a black hooded sweatshirt and camo pants. He also has a tattoo by his left eye.
