SNEAK THEFT – ORLANDO, FL

On 6/8/21, at 12:06 p.m., a sneak theft was committed at a jewelry store and three guest’s repairs, valued at $1,199.00 were stolen. A team member was processing repairs when they were approached by a guest. When leaving the area to assist, the repairs were placed on top of the counter close to the point of sale terminal. A short time later, a guest walked in and was on his cell phone. He stayed in the front of the store for a few minutes, refusing assistance. Within three minutes of being in the store, he saw the repairs on the counter, reached over the front of the counter and grabbed three repairs, which he placed in the front of his pants. He stayed in the store for another minute, then exited. He was on his phone the entire time he was in the store. The police were notified and are investigating. The subject was described as a 24-year-old White male, with a light complexion. He is 6’0, 210 pounds, and has very short light brown hair.
