On the date listed above, this subject entered a jewelry store and specifically asked to see a 3 stone ring that was 1.25 ct or bigger that had stones along the sides. He also stated that he wanted to spend at least $20,000 for a package deal including a tennis bracelet and pendant.
He usually says he is from Oregon and states that he is now working on a large road construction project. He has attempted to use checks in the past. He is known to ask for package deals on rings, diamond studs, and pendants.
The subject typically receives a call from his “wife” and then exits the store. He stands in front of the store as he converses on the phone. He then walks away and does not return to the store. The subject walks from a different parking lot and makes an effort to avoid the view of security cameras.
This individual has an extensive criminal history. He was last seen driving a gray Z71 pickup truck with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the back.
He has committed thefts in Oregon and Kentucky. He has been seen in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, in the last week of May.
