Subject impersonated FBI Agent & purchased diamond with forged check

Garden City, NY – Michael Morgan (DOB 08/22/1968) was arrested by Garden City PD for impersonating an FBI Agent and using a forged certified check in the amount of approximately 16k to purchase a loose diamond at a jewelry store in Garden City.
