Suspect arrested after using stolen credit cards

Boise, ID – On July 9, 2019, the Boise Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious transaction at a store when a man attempted to buy jewelry with credit cards.

Each credit card the male provided declined. After arriving on the scene, police found Marvin L. Muse in his car. Muse had multiple stolen credit cards that belonged to local residents.

Muse was booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with four counts of felony burglary and three felony counts of fraudulent use of bank cards.
