Suspect Arrested For Attempting to Defraud Jewelry Store

Canton, GA – On July 31, 2017, 44-year-old Joseph Vanucci was arrested.

On that date, Vanucci attempted to purchase $5,000 Â worth of jewelry with a Fraudulent ID.

As officers arrived on scene, Vanucci fled on foot. After a brief pursuit he was arrested. Vanucci was charged with felony theft by deception, obstruction of an officer and possession of a fraudulent driver’s license.
