On the date listed above, this subject stole about a thousand dollars worth of jewelry from a women’s boutique.

He was described as charming and talkative. When he was asked where he was from he hesitated and then said he was visiting from Dallas. However, he had a New Orleans accent and was wearing a New Orleans Saints shirt.
