Woodlands, Texas – On July 12, 2026, two male suspects approached a jewelry store kiosk and examined several pieces of merchandise. After a few minutes, both individuals walked away. A short time later, the suspect described as wearing a black cap and black hoodie returned to the kiosk and requested to view additional items. After trying on a chain with a charm and inquiring about matching earrings, he was shown several earring options. The suspect then picked up the earrings, turned, and fled the area. Mall security camera footage later revealed that the second suspect, described as wearing a gray shirt, had gone to the parking lot, retrieved a vehicle, and positioned it near an exit where he waited for the first suspect. The first suspect entered the vehicle, and both individuals fled the scene. Police were notified immediately, and no injuries were reported.
